Registrations temporarily paused

Please note that due to processing delays at HMRC, in order to prioritise our existing customers, Work Mileage Tax Rebate has temporarily paused accepting new customer registrations.

HMRC processing delays mean that some of our customers who signed up over 12 months ago are still waiting for their refunds.

For this reason, our current priority is to focus on processing existing claims for customers who have been waiting for some time.

We hope to open applications for new customers in the coming weeks, so please check back soon.

Existing customers please note

For existing customers who have completed the telephone interview stage of their Care Worker Tax Rebate application, your claim will not be affected in any way, and your application will be processed as normal. We will contact you in writing as soon as your application is ready for your approval.

For customers who have already registered on our website but have not completed the telephone interview stage of your application, please note that your application is currently paused. We will contact you in due course, you do not need to do anything in the meantime.

For customers who have already approved their tax returns, please be aware that we are currently experiencing HMRC payment delays in excess of 16 weeks. HMRC will contact you as soon as your payment is released.
